I just got myself a mint condition, still sealed copy (with the A&M labeling) of Alive in the Superunknown from Tower Records! Should or should I not open it???? That is the question.... Talking of Guitar World, has anyone else seen the Guitar World Alternative Rock book? I was moseying round HMV on Oxford Street and I spied this book with none other than Mr Kim Thayil on the cover! It's only got stuff in from previous issues of the magazine and you can read the Kim interview on Seth's site anyway, but on seeing Kim on the cover I beamed like a proud parent :-) The publisher is Hal Leonard and I think it was around $17; I'm sure you can pick it up at Amazon or Borders or wherever.
