I was wondering about a few things lately, mostly about the videos banned from MTV. I've never seen the Jesus Christ Pose video or the unedited version of the one for Black Hole Sun. So I have no idea why they were censored. Could someone please tell me what was in those 2 videos that MTV found objectionable? Subject: Re: Video Clips I guess there's not much hope for this now considering how much trouble there seems to be in getting B-Sides released, but I'd love to see all the Soundgarden videos released on one official tape. The ideal time for that would have been to co-incide with the release of the A-Sides album. But they missed that boat... I'd also love to see an official live video from their last tour. And this time without such an enthusistic editor as there was for Motorvison. Hey! It could even conicide with a live album. Surely somewhere along the line something would have been recorded. Maybe we'll have to put aside our top-40 phobia and hope Chris' singles do well in the charts. Then maybe we will get some new Soundgarden stuff released. Jay. p.s. to the person who wanted to know, you can download the full Jesus Christ Pose video from Seth's site. p.p.s. Hey Seth (if you're on the list) how about putting the full length versions up for more of the videos? It's not like we can see them anywhere else, and music videos are supposed to be seen for free anyway... If you have them there, or have contacts who have them, then that would be easier then trying to organise everyone to phone in request shows and what have you.
