Honestly people, who cares what it's called? As long as it has =
Soundgarden songs that I've never heard before or never have been able =
to get a copy of, then I'm cheerin'. Besides, Baddest hits is an awesome =
name, it might also be having a stab at the fact that Soundgarden, while =
being huge, weren't the "Nirvana" or "Offspring" in success and =
popularity. IE it's a cynical name.=20

So far there are no plans to go ahead with any b-sides compilation.
According to Silver Mgmt, Interscope has proposed a 2CD release containing
b-sides, live material, rarities, etc. for sometime in 2000, but nobody has
made a decision yet about whether or not it will happen.

PS - If anyone's looking for Superuninterview, there's a copy for $9 in the
wall-mounted cabinets at Second Coming in NYC (Sullivan + W 3rd [the CD shop
closer to Bleecker, not the record shop closer to W 3rd]).

Subject: Cornell's album release date

I get a weekly entertainment e-mail called ZENtertainment, this was from the
week of june 22nd:
<<Former SOUNDGARDEN frontman Chris Cornell's
debut solo album "Euphoria Morning" has been
scheduled for release on September 21st.
Cornell recorded and produced the 12-track
A&M/INTERSCOPE release with Alain Johannes
and Natasha Shneider (Eleven), for a collection
of more personal songs that emphasize the lyrics.
The first single from the album, "Can't Change
Me," will be released to radio on August 9th. >>

anyone excited?
