...how a music store lists things...

I went to Muzic Depot's site (www.muzicdepot.com) and did a search on
"Soundgarden" and I scrolled to the bottom where it said "related artists" and
here's what was listed (in order):

Wellwater Conspiracy
Truly
Temple of the Dog
Skin Yard
Pearl Jam
Hater
Cornell, Chris
Cameron, Matt

Huh? What were those last two? Actually, I understand the "Chris Cornell"
part, but what's with the Matt thing? See, Chris is coming out with solo stuff
so that's understandable (and there's "Seasons" and "Sunshower"), but why
would that put Matt's name down? I should know, but maybe I'm not seeing it
clearly. Hmmm, maybe he'll take my suggestion and make his own album :)

LA Times this morning says:

"One song on the upcoming Chris Cornell album, now scheduled for September
release, is a touching tribute to the late Jeff Buckley, titled "Wave
Goodbye."

If i'm not mistaken, Matt sang a song called "Puberty Love" on Attack of the
Killer Tomatoes.

Hope this helps,

Does anyone have experience with both mini disks and hewlitt-packard cd-r
drives? I'm trying to decide which would be best for recording things such as
our beloved soundgarden and for making copies of my cds. Any advice relating
to the subject would be most appreciated.

Sorry for the Lack of SG content,
Hollywood

I have some experience with the CD-R's that you speak of. I find it
works best if you sit around with your CD's at a campfire, and throw
them into the fire...that way, you can enjoy the music of Soundgarden on
vinyl, the way they were meant to be played on. Something by the King
himself, Engelbert Humperdink is sure to turn that frown upside
down...and how...:)

Those of y'all that have the new Wellwater Conspiracy album, Brotherhood
of the Electric, does the Right of Left Field opening riff (and main
riff for that matter) sound exactly like that Swirl 360 song that
escapes me (the one where their surfing and shit...god, how I wish they
would drown..). I know, how am I supposed to know this...stupid
Muchmusic..grrr...

And does the gee-tar solo part in ROLF sound exactly like something
Matthew Sweet would play...really freaky...

go humperdink!
