I read in a magazine stating the release date was May?
I think we should wait until an official release date from A&M.

Hi Arden and everyone,
Will and Joe are from San Francisco, where they were in a band called "Radio
Fliers". Also, Will, Joe and Colin also do a jazz set every Thursday at
Duke's on Lake Union in Seattle.

If anyone wants a copy of the Grace CD, you can write to Gracemuse1@yahoo.com
for information. They'd be glad to hear from you!

Angela :-)

I never saw the Aliyah countdown, but one of my friends was watching TV =
and she flipped over to MTV and NSYNC's fav vids were on. All of a =
sudden she sees BHS come on. (It was number 36.) I found that very =
strange. It came right out of nowhere. It (as with the Aliyah countdown =
thing) was stuck right in between some R&B artists. I'm wondering the =
same thing as Rach. Do the artists actually like SG or are they just =
trying to get other type of fans to listen to their music(meaning NSYNC =
and Aliyah)? (I know I'm probably not spelling their names right.)

This is just my guess and I may be way off, but I think they're probably
told to pick at least a couple of videos by bands/artists from genres
other than their own. Just look at it this way: Of all the bands they
had to pick from, they picked SOUNDGARDEN.

OK..when I originally emailed you guys...I was confused why Aaliya would
have a BHS video on her favorite video countdown...and Liz, I dont
really think its cause theyre trying to get other fans...After posting
that post...I realized something.
She didn't have the BHS *song* on her countdown.
She had the BHS *VIDEO*!!!

dont u guys see where I'm going with this?
SHE LIKES THE VIDEO!
and why shouldnt she?! its a damned cool 4 minute piece of work!!!
it does happen to be a great video. its creepy and polished. the average
person would like it.

Subject: Ben playing with Gossamer Wings

One of my Seattle buddies gave me this info today:

Jan. 16, 1999
Gossamer Wings played at the Breakroom, Seattle, sandwiched between
Matchless and the Western State Hurricanes. Ben played bass -- Pete
introduced him as "my cousin Jim Krebs" (or something like that; I can't
remember exactly).
The songs were mostly the same ones Pete played when he opened for Mark
Lanegan in November, and they sounded really
good with a full band. (It was weird -- Pete and Ben and company were
playing songs I recognized, Marc Olsen was standing
behind me, and they played a Mark Lanegan CD in between bands.) Everyone
seemed to be having a good time; Ben was
goofing around and exchanging funny looks with the drummer. After the
last song, people were yelling for more, but Pete said
they didn't know any more songs.

He also says that Pete's doing a solo show next Saturday at the Elysian
Brewing Co., about a block from the Breakroom. No word yet on whether
Ben will be backing him up, but it might be worth looking into if you
have the opportunity. If nothing else, Pete Krebs himself is worth
going to see.

Actually, I once read an interview with Method Man in SPIN or something
once and he was talking about what CD's he liked listening to. He said
that 'Superunknown' was one of his favorite albums and that "Black Hole
Sun is my shit." But let's not forget that 'Superunknown' can be quite
the stoner album and that Method Man isn't one to shy away from the weed.
