That's really cool of you. I went over to drool on the pictures right after you made the post. OK. So now I have to make a complaint about the calendar *gasp*. It bothers me that most of the pictures are of Chris. Now before I get flamed...I LOVE looking at Chris. When I was young and niave, I had first like SG because of him. (Yes, I admit it, but I'm not proud.) And I still think that he's the most beautiful man on this planet. *sigh*. But since I've grown older and wiser, I value SG as a BAND. That means all of them. And I now love Chris, Ben, Matt and Kim for what they have given us. So it seems "not right" that the calendar consists of: 9 Chris (2 long hair, 1 bare chest , 2 open shirt) 1 Kim 2 Band I realize that the calendar is created to make money. But I guess that Deb said it best: "I don't know why they don't come clean and call it The Chris Cornell Calendar next year ." ~Michelle ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 3 Oct 1998 20:01:45 -0500 From: tonerkin Subject: Re: Calendar preview page At 06:33 PM 10/3/98 -0400, Michelle wrote: >>http://www.rustycage.u-net.com/calendar/calendar.htm >Hey, thanks Deb for making that page...just for us! I like CC also BUTT I wanna see Kim in his ratty ol TOOL shirt or maybe the Marvin the Martian shirt for old times sake! Although on this year's calendar I see the Terror Crew tee is prominently displayed. What a fashion plate he is!!! And what about one of Ben(right Jen) with his arms reaching down to play bass further than a human being should be able too. Or Matt...hair flying, muscles flexing, legs pumping with a BIG grin on his face!! Or how about the four of them looking goofy or looking like rock stars or long haired Chris with short hair Ben with longish hair Matt and long hair Kim. Or short haired Chris, hair in his eyes Ben with short hair Matt with long hair Kim. Or long hair Kim with any of the above combination. But I guess we shouldn't complain...we should be thankful they are still making a Soundgarden calendar. And thanks UKDEB for the preview. Hey!!! what a GREAT b-day present a calendar would be!!! Went to a record fair today and got a couple of "GREAT" Soundgarden posters for the shrine. Which by the way is now making it's way up the stairs from the basement. Saw several boots but they were all way too expensive. Couple of good magazines too. Listened to DOTU on the way there and back.
