BTW, has anyone seen the influences commercial on MTV featuring only Chris? This may be old news to everyone, but I've only seen the very end once and I wanted to know what I should be looking for... I can see PJ being reluctant to "kick" Jack out of the band, after all that he's done for them, but....that wouldnt necessarily have to become a consideration, if Jack doesnt want to come back, in the first place. Which I think is a very legitimate possibility. Jack might feel very guilty...feeling like maybe, he let them down (lucky for them, that they were fortunate enough to have Matt save them, but can you imagine the disaster, that would have occurred, if Matt were unable to do the tour with them?). I am certain that he would try to return, if Matt wasnt going to be able to join, but he knows that they have an extremely difficult decision to make and he just might want to make it easy on them, knowing that they would be in such capable hands. Then Jack would probably just try to keep working on his home recordings for the "drum album" that he has been working on. Of course, there is always the possibilty that Matt doesnt want to become the full time drummer, anyway....but he sure seemed happy on that last tour! In related news, there will be a broadcast of the opening night of the tour, the Missoula show. That was the first "official" date with Matt playing. This from the Five Horizon's web site September 25, 1998: University of Missoula radio station KBGA 89.9 FM is plannning to broadcast the 6/20/98 Missoula show on October 6 from 9pm-11pm mountain time! This station broadcasts in RealAudio so even if you don't live near Missoula, you can catch it ... and if you do live in the Missoula area, you might want to tape this. :) Righteous, shawnte ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 30 Sep 1998 08:44:13 PDT From: The Koggle Subject: SOMMS directory Hey All just a quick note to let you know I've finally updated the SOMMS directory. This might be a wrench in this possiblity : Wellwater Conspiracy. The interview that Jenny G told about, has John Paul saying basically, they're gonna tour in support of their new album as soon as its released. So Matt will seem to be busy with his full-time band and PJ might have to go with Jack again. Wouldn't it be kinda weird if Matt joined, after Eddie Vedder telling everyone to pick up WWC's album in a few of PJ's shows?
