Hi Maria,

I love doing the chats too! We'll be starting a whole new session of
"Chat Live" around Dec. and run them monthly thru April of 99. It's hard
to coordinate with everyone's touring schedule during the summer months.
I just spent 3 day with Matt in NYC last week and we'll get him back on
as soon as he finishes the Pearl Jam tour.

    Well, the results are in from the latest give away.  Peggy, the ugly

Now someone with a good memory might remember that Pablo won a Soundgarden
CD book a while ago but I have never had any rules as to how many times one
can win.  He also might have won because he has been gracious enough to
send Peggy and I many postcards from Spain.  Peggy, the ugly brown dog
really liked the one from the Barcelona zoo. She  loves to get mail because
it brings that friggin mailman one step closer to her snarling snapping
jaws...she'll get the bastard one of these days!!
  Congrats to both winners all you have to do is send me your snail mail
address and the Screaming Life books are on the way.  To the people not
chosen Peggy the ugly brown dog slobbers in your general direction and says
"better luck next time...losers"  What a way with words that dog has!!!

For those of you who remember me......I'm back....kinda.  I left in
December but I'd bet no one remembers me :)  ANYWAY, since then I made it
to THE Soundgarden in Seattle and it was very cool.  I had pix of it on
my domain but I had to kill that cuz of network binding problems with my
ISP (blah blah..... :( )   Looks like I'm finally gonna get out of ShiT.
Louis and to Seattle for college to chase my rock star dreams.  I turned
down the record contract I was offered in June because I would have had
to move to Texas (and no offense to any of you Texans out in
Soundgardenland) and I hate Texas :)

Ok, so for those of you bored enough to read through that, you will be
rewarded.  Heres the good part.  Want a copy of Deep Six on vinyl?  The
store right by me has one and I'll go pick it up for you for the right
price.  Now, I know SOMEONE who believes that they have a higher moral
standard than me will mail me a speech about profit and generosity, right
and wrong, but I don't mind because its their time they are wasting.  So,
once again, if you want a copy of DEEP SIX on vinyl that is in what I
would suppose to be "very good" condition, mail me back.  I reply quicker
to mails at mechanix99@yahoo.com

BTW, any St. Louis SOMMSters join our ever increasing circle since I was
last on? Especially ones that may be musically inclined!

Good luck finding one for a good price- I can direct you to a store in
Seattle that's got SL orange vinyl up for $150, if you've got the money.
Otherwise I haven't seen any..
