If you'll notice, David Bowie's album doesn't have a title listed in the article either, but it's also slated for Oct. 27, so I don't think that's anything to go by. Well. I found a Green pressing of the vinyl but it was already open. I got it for about $10-$15 US. I asked before if anyone knows how "Limited" the green version is because It's the promo, at least that is what it says on Seth's site, but never got a response.
