Chris is using his falsetto on those high screaming notes. I have noticed that he doesn't use it as much anymore, especially on the last two albums. He's relying more on his natural voice, and it's just as beautiful. Using your falsetto, produces more wear and tear on your vocal chords, because you have to tighten your throat to achieve the sound. I often thought that when Chris was having the vocal problems, back in '94, that he began to rely on his natural voice to avoid any future problems. Hey Jimi, (or anybody else who sings out there), has anybody else tried to sing along with "Slaves and Bulldozers"? It's killer!! I sang it with my band, but most times couldn't even talk anymore from being so hoarse. It's nice to know that I'm not the only one with a sore throat singing along with SG, hehehe!! We've picked the best band in the world to scream our heads off to. Chris has the most amazing voice that I have ever heard, and will forever listen to.
