I wanted to write for Chris's Birthday, but I don't understand this SOMMS thing quite yet, but so far its been Kick Ass. I Love S O U N D G A R D E N, and not Just Christopher James Cornell, even though he has the most beautifulest voice on earth, and he,s very talented, and has a very GoRgEoUs body. Did he really change his hair style, I heard its no longer Spiky... oh well, his looks aren't what make him beautiful, its the Music that he, along with Matt, Ben, and Kim, that they gave to us, they're all beautiful! But Just wanted to say Hey! See ya'll Laterz ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 22 Jul 1998 05:26:52 EDT From: Ayesha Gonzalez Subject: Hey Well I'm not sure if my last Message got through, but I guess I'll find out tomorrow... I never got to say HAPPY Birthday Chris! And that I'm glad that you decided to stop taking drugs when you were a kid, cause if you hadn't I bet Soundgarden would have been a little more psycho wich isn't mad, but I'm happy you guyz WERE a drug free Band, wish I could say the same about me :[ Oh well, I'll talk to you all Late e j'|-|e ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 22 Jul 1998 06:20:36 -0400 From: melanie j Subject: Re: it's the big day jeez....ever heard of a joke. i do believe lance was kidding... as he did wish chris a happy birthday at the end of the message! lighten up! your life will change for the better i promise! shel -----Original Message----- From: Jenna Freemon To: SOMMS@MITVMA.MIT.EDU Date: Wednesday, July 22, 1998 2:47 AM Subject: Re: it's the big day >Well listen here Mr. Lance Some of us do fucking care it was Chris's birthday. > I think your just Jelous that no one cares about yours. Next monday at 11pm (Eastern Time.. ie. Toronto area) on 102.1 The Edge radio station, Kim Thayil will be hosting an environmental special. As far as I know, a selection of groups will be played and their contribution towards the environment will be talked about.. but the main thing is KIM THAYIL OF SOUNDGARDEN will be hosting it.. yes!!!.. this is present information!.. no fantasies here!.. I have absolutely no idea who can access the frequency or anything, and i don't plan to record it.. just telling you all. why not go to the website (http://www.edge.passport.ca) and listen to it on real audio or something. later, Kogg ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 22 Jul 1998 11:40:44 EDT From: Mike Stevenson Subject: Re: Yeah, you're right In a message dated 98-07-22 02:47:40 EDT, you write: << Well listen here Mr. Lance Some of us do fucking care it was Chris's birthday. I think your just Jelous that no one cares about yours. I think if you care so much about a band you should care about other things from them too :o^ From Jenna and Graham :o) >> I agree with these people, if you care enough about a band you should get into other things about them too. Can we start talking about the band now, and not argue about Chris's birthday? Hey does anybody have a video tape of all the Soundgarden videos? Or maybe you know were I could get a tape like that? Hey fellow Soundgarden fans! I used to be on the list about a year ago, but stopped because my internet access got cancelled. :-( But now I'm back. I know it's 2 days late, but HAPPY 34TH BIRTHDAY CHRIS CORNELL!!! Chris was, I don't know if he still is, in Los Angeles last week. He was spotted in Melrose by two of my friends. He was there doing an interview. I don't know for what. The guy at some record store told my friends he was there. My friends saw him driving off in a red car and didn't get a chance to meet him. They also said that his hair is still short and kind of still spiky. Well take care everybody. SG still rules!!!
