Although I've never se en any 3" CD singles I think they exist or existed. Although I've never seen >any 3" CD singles I think they exist or existed. Yes, it's a Flower CD3 - a format that was popular for a brief time in the mid-80s. If you've got a CD player with a horizontal drawer that slides out, it probably has a 3" depression in the center of the 5" depression, which shows that manufacturers actually thought the format was going to catch on; when CD3 first came out, they had to sell 5" rings that fit around your CD3 so your CD player could handle them. If you've got the Flower CD3 and the CD5 in a soft cardboard case, they make for a cool display lined up next to the 10" reissue and the 12". -seth ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 9 Jun 1998 07:09:04 PDT From: Arden SunGod Subject: Re: question with 1. Whats with the pong game??? Is it just there for enjoyment? Or does it open up something if you win??? I have the feeling it's more for the guys' enjoyment then ours.. I remember hearing something about that some time ago, and as far as I know you never win, it just keeps playing and playing and playing... 2. Are there any secrets that open up secret videos or songs?(i.e....the spoonman video, etc.) I've found that videos dont work on certain computers. I've never had to know any secrets or anything to see em, but I had a friend who couldn't see them at all. 3. How do you get outa the superunknown stairs? Whats the password? I dont think you need a password! I've never had to use one.. I may be wrong though, I haven't played it in a while, but cant you just use the jump gate or crawl back up the stairs, or do you get stuck in the SU video? I'm not sure.. 4. Do the spoons all over the superunknown have any meaning, or are they just there for decoration? I think they're just there to amuse whoever.. some of 'em make cool noises and do whatever, but I have the feeling there's no big meaning behind them.. -Arden ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 10 Jun 1998 00:39:56 +1000 From: Lee Christensen Subject: 3" flower hey ya, >Alright here are the facts: about 3 months ago at a record show here in >Atlanta i spotted something I had never seen or even heard of before, a >"Flower" 3".
