I've always wondered about these two things: 1) What would happen if you took the music from one of SG's songs (eg. FOBD) and combined it with the vocals from another (Big Dumb Sex?). Wouldn't that sound snazzy? Or maybe just downright wierd? What do you think would be the best such vocal-music combo? 2) Pick any movie you can think of (Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Gone With The Wind, Die Hard, etc.) and compose an entirely SG soundtrack to replace whatever it already has. What can all of you come up with? Just wondering... Ben ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 1 Jun 1998 15:46:34 -0700 From: Andrew Snodgrass Subject: RFTC... Rocket From The Crypt's new release "RFTC" is being released tomorrow, June 2nd. For all of you who saw SG on their last tour you will know who I'm talking about. Rocket From The Crypt is the punk band from San Diego who kick ass. If you have not already heard the new song, "Break It Up", on the radio make sure you call and request it. Again, Rocket From The Crypt's new album "RFTC" is released tomorrow. Go out and buy it. You will enjoy it. -- -AS mailto:asnod@home.com http://www.csusm.edu/public/guests/asnod/ ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 1 Jun 1998 18:59:54 EDT From: Nick Boos Subject: Seth: Old Soundgarden Bio Seth...I dont remember your email so Im just putting this on SOMMS, and other members can also give any input too... <> ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 1 Jun 1998 20:38:56 PDT From: Holly Winkler Subject: Re: Wondering... What exactly is so limited about it (it's on normal black, 2 vinyls) I don't know a whole lot about that one. Thanks in advance to anyone who knows.
