I did! They played their most recent commercial single "Wishlist". I just had one question... Is this the first song that Matt has played with PJ in front of an audience? I thought they said it wouldn't be until the Tibetan FC that they would have him play live with them=BF Another thing, what's wrong with Jack Irons? Wishlist is a good song but there are a lot of better songs on Yield especially songs with more drumming like No Way. After seeing Matt with Pearl Jam singing wishlist, I have some lyrics that go with the song: "I just saw Matt play on the Late Show with Day-vey, Instead of Eddie Vedder I wish the singer was Chris C., I wish I could trade McReady, Ament, and Stone for Ben and Kim T. Seeing Matt play without Soundgarden, it just felt wrong. And instead of Wishlist, they played a different song.." Don't get me wrong, I love Pearl Jam but any junior high drummer could play the percussions on Wishlist. Matt is the most talented drummer in the world, they could have used him better than that . Hey everyone- Well, I got the chance to see Matt after they taped the Letterman show on Thursday night! He came out after the taping of the show, and was really nice to everyone outside (unlike Eddie, Jeff, and Stone from PJ, who weren't too happy) and i was lucky enough to get his signature. I gave him his letter that he wrote to SOMMS about a year ago to sign. He didnt remember writing it, he just kind of looked at it and said "What?" But it was still amazing too finally see Matt in person, and hes very nice. I thought i was in a dream, i couldnt believe it. And it was great to see him on Tv tonight. im extremely happy for him.
