(add on another $30 to your estimate and there you have it) i didn't get to see whether it was black vinyl or whatever.. On a side note i got urban hymns at good ol HMV hehe :) and to the people who write looking for UMOK and pre-SU releases, look at HMV and all your mega corporate places.. they have them, amidst the sea of A-Sides hey, what does the Ohio Players version of Fopp sound like? In Shakespeare's 'King Lear' they use the word "foppery".. i thought of the guys.. hehehe Koggle http://www.geocities.com/SunsetStrip/Alley/6953/SOMMS.html ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 15 Feb 1998 10:28:38 EST From: Charlie Mccutcheon Subject: the chris in christian rock i was bored late one nite and flipped on the christian mtv. i almost died laughing when i saw some cheesy looking chris clone. long hair motorfinger era. the similarity was striking though (unlike that OTHER guy). this guy was too fruity acting however. where is everybody? i agree, i think that guitar magazines have finally seen the error of thier ways and are now trying to get in good with the boys. charlie ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 15 Feb 1998 11:13:08 -0500 From: Dave George-Cosh Subject: SG in Toronto Hey there, I'm gonna be going with my school to Toronto soon, actually twice...once to the Auto Show, and another 3 days in this thing called DECA....anyways.. seeing how I'm gonna not go to these things :), I was wondering if any Torontonite on the list can give me directions and locations of music stores that import and sell rare CD's. I've been trying to contact that Andrew Christensen at (which is where I've been mailing him. But suddenly my mail keeps getting returned. Hey, Andrew. Write me! What's going on? Michelle ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 15 Feb 1998 22:50:25 EST From: Scott Hammer Subject: Cover Songs Ok, we have a fairly complete list of songs Soundgarden has covered in the Unofficial Discog. My question is which of these songs were full blown covers and which were just little snippets in front of "Beyond The Wheel" or in the middle of "S&B"? I'm talking bootleg material here folks, covers that appeared as b-sides aren't really my interest here cuz they are easy enough to figure out. They also did covers inside Boot Camp(and a lot better ones)... so look there too. The discography is incomplete in this respect...
