I bought it at the WIZ and it had a giant chunk missing out the side of it. I took it back and the one I got is fine. If one looks in the CD cover for Badmotorfinger on the blue pages with the red writing there is a list of credits. Here, under "additional musicians", Damon Stewart is credited with "narration". So I take it they mean in SWMGEC. As for who Damon Stewart is I have no idea. He may be a DJ as you say but I'm pretty sure this isn't Chris' voice here. Dave "My words are out of balance." Due to a drastic lack of free time I haven't really listened to it in a while. Then I popped it back in and...wow. It makes me feel things. It makes me feel in a way that music has never made feel. Have you ever heard a song or seen something that you heard or saw once and now the event and song/sight are linked together eternally? It's happened to me. I went to a sister school of mine in England last summer. Lucky me, my parents bought me a portable CD player(God bless them) and I brought all my Soundgarden CDs with me. Anyway, it was the third day and I was traumatized. It was my first time really being away from home. I was so depressed. So...on the bus to the Avebury monolithic formations and I put BMF in the player. For the first time, I really listened to "Somewhere". I was singing along the whole bus ride. I have had a special bond with "Somewhere" ever since. Today when I hear it I feel like I am on that bus, 3,500 miles from home, feeling good for the first time in a long time. Just wanted to share that, Jimi "That's what blind dogs believe but I've heard that before." ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 4 Feb 1998 22:27:14 EST From: Rita Bonofiglio Subject: Chris, chris...demo, studio blah blah Kids Tonight I had the most surreal moments with Jerry Cantrell.....but that's not soundgarden so sorry ;-) ANyway, While waiting to have my surreal moments with Jerry Cantrell, the 2 suits that came with Jerry were talking behind me....Chris this, and CHris that and New York CIty and Demos and Just going into the studio....and I fucking interupted and said CORNELL?????? and they were like DUH!!!!!
