You can > tell that this is a Kim-inspired song just by the way the music sounds, > so I figured he got the "honor" of doing the vocals. :) Yes, it is Chris singing. As for this being a Kim-inspired song, Chris is given lyric credit, and the whole band is given music credit. This is the third song after Jesus Christ Pose where all four wrote the music. The other two, Jerry Garcia's Finger and A Splice of Spacejam, came out of a jam session, so perhaps each didn't "write" the part. Actually, I think Exit Stonehenge came out of a "White Zombie"-type jam, so JCP probably remains the only song "written" by the entire band. Man, I just noticed how much Kim's writing credit has dwindled... BTW, on Pigeonhed (The Full Sentence, at least), Kim is only on four tracks, ONE where he is given writing credit (Phunpurephun), and even that is the EXACT music as Blind Dogs (which is MUCH better). Pigeonhed really sucks, don't buy it, and (though he can't fix it NOW) Seth should change it from "side project" to "guest appearance." Later, Scott Every word I said Is what I mean. ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 1 Jul 1997 13:27:49 EDT From: Michael Bogdonoff Subject: SG Live Material I usually lurk, but with all the talk of various shows, I couldn't resist asking the question. Can anyone tell me what they consider to be the best boot of the last tour, and by "best" I mean performance and sound quality (preferably soundboard). If you don't want to burden the list with replies, send me a private e-mail. Is the Mesa AZ show a soundboard? Thanks for your help.
