I was thinking that now SG are no more then the guys could look into acting as a career change ;-), John Bon Jovi is doing it, Cher did it, Marky Mark did it..... Im sure the list goes on. Chris has already tested his thespian talent and I think he should expand his CV. I see him as a dashing hero type, maybe a bit of martial arts thrown in.... ala Reno Raines of Renegade. Or maybe as an evil mutant serial killer of some type on the Xfiles. Now there is a role for Ben and Kim as well. I can see Matt as a guest star ensign on Star Trek Voyager as well. What do you think? I picked up the Screaming Life/Fopp EP CD today for $7.98 (I thought it was a good buy). My local record store has a lot of cd singles/eps and quite a few 7" (vinyl) singles as well. Also, did anyone already mention that there is a cool picture of Kim playing his guild s-100 in the January issue of Guitar Player? Sorry for being repetitive if so. If anyone is searching for a particular Soundgarden release, send me PRIVATE mail and I'll see if they have what you want around here. (Please don't clutter up the list with the back & forth) Tiffany ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 30 May 1997 17:04:39 -0400 From: Nadia Standard Subject: Re: New careers New careers? Funny enough, I did this before they broke up. Chris will be working at Alfonzo's, my old town's pizza place/ high school hangout. I could see Chris throw on some cheeze on that dough. MMMM. Kim will be working at the Hot Topic in woodbridge mall(for all of you in the tri-state area). Couldn't you just see him at my favorite store? Put on some gothic make-up and strut around. Ben will be working in the day care centers across America. He will become the world's greatest child psycologist. Matt will part time work at the Gap. Yea, the Gap. Why? To cover up his Bad boy modeling career as a CK underware model. Anyone beg to differ? the original pretty noose ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 30 May 1997 20:30:59 -0500 From: NIKI FREER Subject: Rusty Cage promo...who wants it? alright guys, I found yet another Rusty Cage promo CD for $10 today. Hi everyone. I haven't posted for a while and finally decided to answer a post. This is for Eivind's question. Yes Rusty Cage is Soundgarden's own work. The song you probably heard was sung by Johnny Cash who did a remake of SG's song. Just thought I'd let you know. Peace, love, and SG baby. Take care. I have way too much free time and so do you if your reading this. If you open up your Louder Than Love CD booklet and look at the side that says SOUNDGARDEN in blue, you'll see some lightning stuff on Hiro's fingers going to his amp light. Was this glare in the picture or a sad attempt to do some effects editing?
