Happy Birthday Seth! Thank you so much for organizing the list and the
web page. You've done more than your part to make the world a smaller
place. So, you deserve to go out and make use of that DOB on your drivers

Is there any way to ship a giant cake to Seth? Then all the list
hootchies can jump out and dance for him. Or better yet, Chris, Kim,
Matt, and Ben could jump out and play a private set for seth. (Be sure to
tape it if they do seth).

It's kinda weird how seth's birthday falls just between Kim's and Ben's.
Happy Birthday again seth.

Y'know, Seth... *sniffle* if it wasn't for you, I'd be a lot dumber as a
Soundgarden fan, cause I wouldn't have such goodies as the web page and
mailing list to get all sorts of neat info from. And *sniff* y'know, if

Soundgarden-related info, so I don't get my ass kicked :) : Try
listening to Dusty in just the left speaker around 3:00, because it's
just the bass, drums and Chris, and to me it sounds like the Moby remix,
which I really want SG to release. Damnit..

It's great! very cool shirt... I also have the
newer white SG shirt (with the controversial "S"
logo on the front where a pocket would be, and
the shot of the band from the PN single on the back),
and I prefer the black one by far...

A Rhodes piano is an electric piano. The company was somehow related
to Fender, as it is often referred to as a Fender Rhodes piano. I
don't know the exact nature of that business ralationship, but I do
know that those things have a groovy sound unlike an acoustic piano
or a synthesizer of any sort. That new Beck song "Where It's
At" prominently features a keyboard that sounds like one.

I'm busier that a cat trying to sit on hot tin roof, but I have the radio
on and they just did a two-for-Tuesday with Soundgarden.. The two songs
were BiMH and Outshine. It was really strange to hear the two songs back
to back. When Burden was playing I could hear it and my brain register
that it was SG and that content feeling was there. But then Outshine came
on....you know I had to stop and really listen to it. It was like a hug
from an old friend. I haven't had the time to play any of the older stuff
for awhile, hearing Outshine gave me the strangest feeling..... Isn't it
great how SG's music plays with your mind and emotions..

Hi again.

endless-nameless mentioned something about Chris looking really bad in the
RS picture w Joey Ramone. Well I haven't seen that pic but I agree, Chris
is looking a little thinner then I remember. I thought so when he and Kim
were on 120 minutes on Mtv. And he looks kind of pale. Which is another
reason I am a little concerned about my recurring nightmares. Do you think
maybe he is sick or just stressed or what? Maybe Susan is sucking the life
out of him! <just kidding, don't kill me>

also in regards to all the talk about Chris' vocal talent. I think that
part of it is simply age. Not that he is ancient or anything but, your
voice does get a little lower as you get older, even us girls. So maybe he
can't really hit the super high ones anymore. (I'm sure smoking doesn't
help either. If your reading Chris, cut it out.)

my opinion What do you guys think?

See ya.

yea i noticed that to but thought nothing of it until now , i mean whats
with that futuristic jet flying out of no where & they cross some fence
into "the land of broken dreams."

mabey a while back the government asked Kim to do research on
unexplained phenomenon , him being so god damned smart and all.

and then mabey Kim told Chris to go work on this top secret project and
.....ohhhh wait , me and my big mouth , now i have to kill you all.

and yes i know im weird and stupid so you dont have to tell me

vaya con dios.

You are NOT alone! Personally, I find it takes your mind of the
high pitch drill and the dentist's off-key singing(?). Once I put it up
loud enough , and when I stopped the tape, I realised that he was singing
along to 4th of July (or at least trying to anyway!)

Subject: Fresh Deadly Rarities

I finally got "Fresh Deadly Rarities" yesterday! Can anyone help me out
with the original release of some songs:
Heretic
Come Together
Fresh Deadly Roses
Into the Void
Stray Cat Blues
She's a Politician
Cold Bitch
I Don't Care About You
Can You See Me
I Can Give You Anything
and Homicidal Suicidal

If anyone knows what singles/compilations etc. these songs are originally
from, I'd be greatful. I was surprised at how many SG songs on this CD
that I had never heard. Now I know what many of you are talking about when
B-side discussions come up. By the way, the CD rocks, thanks to all that
suggested it when I first inquired about it a few months ago.
Thanks,
Marc

Choking on the one thing
His tongue had gotten to fat
A barely walking dead man
Seemed to know where he was at
Drive himself to the airport
Getting out of here
Overworking the small town
The law couldn't get to near

Come on smut
You might have stayed

Any suscribers out there who live in Las Vegas. Just wondering due to
the fact my husband gets kinda of tired of my rantings of SG everyday
and I would like to be able to share my joy in the band with others
who can really appreciate it.

i reallllllllllllllly do hope u are right, getting my hopes up there....
cuz everyone keeps deciding to skip Austin!! and its the 'live music capitol
of the world' too but nooo, we keep getting passed over. hopefully not
soundgarden though.....
i will probably go to San Antonio too if they go through there...
cuz i was 'restricted' from going to lolla..

ok ill stop bothering Y'ALL just since we live in the same state....

Well, isn't THIS just a nifty deal. Where in the hell were YOU people
when Lolla was here??!?!? Ummm... just kidding!! =) I really had no idea
that so many of us lived here in TX. I'm in Dallas... but I used to live in
both San Antonio and Austin! In fact, I go to both places regularly and
visit friends. =) I'm sure that when SG comes back through, I'll be hitting
EVERY Texas show (as usual). They'll more than likely play Dallas, Austin,
San Antonio, Houston, and El Paso.
