If Chris is homophobic, I can't imagine that he and Kurt were very good friends. Kurt once said in an interview - in Spin? - that if it weren't for Courtney he would have considered himself gay (Terri Hatcher, maybe, but Ms. Love? musta been some good junk). The idea of someone in a Seattle band being anti-gay, though, seems so _wrong_. It's such a liberal place - it's not Eugene, but it's close. Then again I don't remember Soundgarden doing any benefits for Hands Off Washington, so maybe.... Well, whatever. If I'm remembering correctly (and I don't think I am) it was a band featuring members of SG and/or Mudhoney and/or MotherLoveBone.
