Finally, we discuss ways in which you can unblock your clock by analyzing where your spend and waste time. Next the course discusses delegation, ways of borrowing time from others. The answer to the question why we don’t delegate is reviewed. A set of guidelines for delegating is developed. Finally, effective delegating is reviewed. At the conclusion of the course a self-inventory is presented for you to determine your strengths and weaknesses as a delegator.
