The purposes of the different plans are presented along with discussions and recommendations. Management by Objectives is then discussed in detail. Each of the five steps from jointly agreed on objectives, jointly agreed on methods of accomplishing objectives, agreeing how objectives fit into other organizational plans, setting times for completion of objectives, and reviewing accomplished objectives are thoroughly covered. How one goes about setting objectives for themselves and for the organization are discussed. Correcting poor performers, giving feedback and factors affecting the management system are presented.
